Sevinç İ., who came to her sister's house on the third floor of the three-story apartment on Derin Street in Akşemsettin Neighborhood, reported the situation to the police when she saw her sister, brother-in-law, and niece lying on the floor in a pool of blood. Upon the notification, police and health teams were dispatched to the specified address.
RELATIVES EXPERIENCED A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN
In the checks conducted by the teams, it was determined that grandmother Fatma İnce (71), father Mehmet Yenigün (43), mother Aysun Yenigün (42), and their child Dilan Yenigün (12) were shot and killed. Relatives of the family, who came to the house upon hearing the news, experienced a nervous breakdown.
RAN AWAY FROM THE HOUSE AFTER THE MURDERS
Police teams, who took security measures on the street and in the building, determined during their investigations at the scene that the family's 17-year-old son B.Y. had fled the house after the incident.
CAUGHT AND DETAINED IN BURSA
After the crime scene investigations, the bodies were taken to the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institute Morgue for autopsy. Police teams, shortly after the incident, conducted technical and physical surveillance and caught the murder suspect B.Y. in Bursa, detaining him.
