According to a report on the Houthi-affiliated SABA news agency, Houthi Armed Forces official spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree made a written statement on the matter.

"In response to the violation of Yemeni airspace by drones belonging to the Saudi enemy, multiple sensitive targets and points transporting and supplying crude oil from eastern Saudi Arabia to Yanbu were targeted with numerous unmanned aerial vehicles."
WHAT HAPPENED? On July 20, Iran-backed Houthis announced that they had initiated a practice against Saudi Arabia, which they described as a "maritime navigation ban," stating that Riyadh was imposing a blockade on areas under its control in Yemen.
On the evening of July 22, the Houthis claimed that they targeted two Saudi oil tankers in the Red Sea with ballistic missiles and drones, resulting in fires breaking out on the vessels.
