With a 5.52 TL reduction in diesel prices, prices have fallen below 70 TL, and the long-awaited decline in the fuel market has provided relief for drivers.
With the tension in the Middle East, energy costs that had been rising have now turned downward. Following the reduction in diesel prices, fuel prices have dropped below a critical threshold for the first time in a long while.
DISCOUNT OF 5.52 TL REFLECTED AT THE PUMP
Due to movements in global markets and the impact of the automatic tax adjustment system, a notable decline in fuel prices has occurred. The high trend that had been ongoing since February gave way to a sharp decrease as of midnight. According to information received from industry representatives, part of the calculated 7.20 TL discount on diesel was offset by an increase in special consumption tax, while a net 5.52 TL was directly reflected in pump prices.
DIESEL BREAKS BELOW THE 70 TL THRESHOLD
