AK Party Kayseri Deputy and former Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar brought to the agenda the confessions of a soldier serving in the Greek army who was forced into anti-Turkish racist rhetoric. Criticizing the silence of Athens and the Greek Cypriot administration, Akar issued a stern warning, saying, "Regret after the fact is of no use; those who sow the wind will reap the whirlwind."
AK Party Kayseri Deputy and former Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar made strong statements regarding allegations that a Greek soldier was forced into anti-Turkish racist rhetoric. Reacting to the incidents, Akar warned, "Regret comes too late."
"YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW"
In a post on his social media account, Akar highlighted statements in which a Greek soldier claimed they were forced to chant racist slogans against Turks. Criticizing the silence of Greek and Greek Cypriot Administration (GCA) officials on the matter, Akar said:
"Confession of a Greek soldier: We are being forced into 'racist slogans' against Turks.
Greek and GCA officials remain silent in the face of these confessions.
This is not the first time... You reap what you sow.
History is a witness, regret comes too late."
