TOKİ is putting a total of 340 plots up for auction in 47 provinces on December 11-12. Buyers will have the option to make a 25% down payment with 24-month installment plans, while a 20% discount will be applied for cash payments. The guarantee amounts vary from 20,000 TL to 30 million TL, depending on the value of the land.
The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) is putting 340 plots of land up for auction in 47 provinces across Turkey.
THERE ARE ATTRACTIVE OPTIONS FOR BUYERS
In the auction to be held on December 11-12, buyers will be offered a 25% down payment option with a 24-month installment plan. Those who prefer to pay in cash will benefit from a 20% discount. The auction will take place over two days in Istanbul and Ankara. Those unable to attend in person can participate in the auction by placing bids online.

The provinces on TOKİ's sales list are as follows: Afyonkarahisar, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bingöl, Bitlis, Bursa, Çanakkale, Denizli, Edirne, Istanbul, Izmir, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Kütahya, Manisa, Mardin, Muğla, Niğde, Sakarya, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, Yalova, Amasya, Ankara, Çorum, Düzce, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Kastamonu, Kırşehir, Malatya, Mersin, Nevşehir, Ordu, Osmaniye, Samsun, Sivas, Tokat, Trabzon, Zonguldak.

Individuals participating in the auction must deposit a security amount based on the estimated value of the land they wish to purchase:

- 1,000,001 TL – 2,000,000 TL: 100,000 TL
- 2,000,001 TL – 4,000,000 TL: 250,000 TL
- 4,000,001 TL – 8,000,000 TL: 500,000 TL
- 8,000,001 TL – 14,000,000 TL: 750,000 TL
- 14,000,001 TL – 32,000,000 TL: 1,500,000 TL

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ONLINE PARTICIPANTS
- The specification must be filled out in blue ink and each page must be signed
- The statement "I have read and understood" must be included
- For participation on behalf of a company, each page must have a stamp and authorized signature
- Documents must be scanned and sent as a single file
- The participant's name and surname must be written on the security deposit receipt
