The husband of a 45-year-old woman found dead in the basement of a building in Hakkari has been arrested as part of the investigation.
Hamide Çiftçi, 45, was found dead in the basement of a building in Hakkari, and her husband L.Ç., who was sought in the investigation, has been detained.
HUSBAND DETAINED
An investigation was launched after Hamide Çiftçi, a mother of five, was found dead in the basement of the building where she resided in Bağlar District in the morning hours. Following efforts by the Provincial Police Department, the woman's husband L.Ç., who was sought as a suspect in the incident, was detained.
The suspect's procedures at the police station are ongoing.
LIFELESS BODY FOUND IN BASEMENT
Relatives of Hamide Çiftçi, who lived in disaster housing in Bağlar District, reported to the police after not hearing from her for a while, and during their search, they saw the woman lying motionless in the basement of the building in the morning hours.
During the examination by teams dispatched to the scene, it was determined that Çiftçi had died.
