In Beşiktaş, former president Hasan Arat and his administration were not acquitted by a majority vote in terms of administrative and financial matters. Hasan Arat was also temporarily expelled from club membership for one year in the hours that followed.
The ordinary administrative and financial general assembly of Beşiktaş was held at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall. The general assembly, which started at 10:00, read reports regarding administrative and financial activities on behalf of the board of directors after the election of the presidency committee.
HASAN ARAT AND HIS MANAGEMENT WERE NOT ACQUITTED
During the meeting, the activities of the board of directors, which served from June 1, 2024, to December 29, 2024, under the chairmanship of Hasan Arat, were presented for acquittal in terms of administrative and financial matters, but they were not acquitted by a majority vote. Furthermore, Hasan Arat's 8-page defense letter, which was not present at the assembly, was rejected after a special vote on the subject and was not read in the hall.

Additionally, the temporary expulsion of former Beşiktaş president Hasan Arat from club membership for one year was accepted by a majority vote at the general assembly.
