With the regulation that comes into effect on June 15, 2025, many health reports obtained from family health centers will now be subject to a fee. The fees will range from 250 lira to 5,250 lira and can be paid online or via bank transfer (Havale/EFT/FAST). Here is the process for obtaining a report in three stages.

The Ministry of Health has made some health reports obtained from family physicians subject to a fee as of June 15, 2025, under the new regulation. With this implementation, citizens will now be required to pay fees ranging from 250 TL to 5,250 TL for optional documents such as athlete, driver, mental capacity, smoothbore shotgun, pilgrimage/umrah fingerprint, general medical evaluation, and occupational health reports.
FIRST STEP: OBTAINING A TRANSACTION CODE
In the new system, citizens will first need to obtain a transaction code for the report request. The transaction code can be obtained through three different methods:
Application Submission: The relevant report can be selected and a transaction code can be generated through the website sbos.saglik.gov.tr, which belongs to the Ministry of Health.
SMS Application: It is sufficient to send a text message to the number 2023 by writing the requested report type along with the T.C. identity number. (Example: 12345678902 driver)
Physical Application: A direct application can be made to the "Family Physicians" for the report. If the report is created as a result of the examination, the transaction code will be automatically sent via SMS by the system.
SECOND STEP: MAKING A PAYMENT
After obtaining the transaction code, payment can be made before or after the examination. Two options have been provided for payments:
Online Payment: Secure payment can be made with the transaction code through sbos.saglik.gov.tr.
Bank Transfer/EFT/FAST: Payment can be made through HALKBANK and VakıfBank. It is mandatory to write the T.C. identity number and transaction code together in the description section during the transfer.
THIRD STEP: ACCESSING REPORTS AND REFUND PROCESS
Citizens will be able to access the prepared health reports through the e-Government (turkiye.gov.tr) and e-Pulse (enabiz.gov.tr) systems.
If a decision is made to refer a person to a higher level in the report prepared by the family physician, or if the e-Report service is not received within 5 business days after payment, an automatic refund process will be carried out.

Health Board Report: 1,250 TL
Health Board Report for Weapon License: 1,500 TL
Driver Reports Single Branch: 300 TL
Driver Reports Two Branches: 450 TL
Driver Reports Health Board: 750 TL
Aviation Report (Civilian) Class I: 5,250 TL
Aviation Report (Civilian) Class II: 3,750 TL
Diver/Submariner Report (Civilian): 3,750 TL
Psychotechnical Evaluation Psychiatry Examination: 300 TL
Rest reports, military-related conscription (ASAL) reports, and marriage reports will continue to be free of charge as they are currently.
