The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office decided to separate the files of CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and 8 CHP members of parliament regarding allegations of providing benefits to some party representatives and irregularities during the congress.



THE INVESTIGATION WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE PARLIAMENTARY CRIMES INVESTIGATION OFFICE



It has been learned that the investigation regarding the suspects, including CHP Chairman Özel, will be conducted by the Parliamentary Crimes Investigation Office for the crime of "violating the Political Parties Law."
