In the bribery investigation conducted by the Kırıkkale Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the police officer and court usher who were taken into custody were arrested, while the other suspects were released subject to judicial control.
Two more of the suspects detained in the bribery operation held in Kırıkkale were arrested.
ARREST DECISION FOR POLICE OFFICER AND COURT USHER
Within the scope of the investigation initiated by the Kırıkkale Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the police procedures of Yahşihan Deputy Mayor İ.A, police officer M.K, court usher H.C, court clerk S.Y., and market and neighborhood watchman A.Y, who were apprehended, have been completed.
After the health check, M.K. and H.C. among the suspects referred to the courthouse were arrested by the on-duty magistrates' court before which they were brought, while the others were released under judicial control conditions.
WHAT HAD HAPPENED
After Y.S. reported to the Provincial Police Department's Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch, claiming that his father E.S., who runs an entertainment venue, had engaged in irregular and criminal acts, within the scope of the investigation initiated by the Kırıkkale Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, in addition to Y.S., his father E.S, the owner of the entertainment venue, business manager E.Ş., and C.T, T.E, E.S. and Y.K. had been detained.
Yahşihan Deputy Mayor İ.A, police officer M.K, court usher H.C, court clerk S.Y, and market and neighborhood watchman A.Y, who were determined to have contact or financial dealings with the suspects whose WhatsApp correspondence and money transfers were examined, were also apprehended.
Among the suspects, Y.S, C.T, E.S. and Y.K. were released yesterday after their statements at the prosecutor's office, E.S. and T.E. were arrested, and E.Ş. was released under judicial control conditions.
