Two of the four young relatives who fell into the Kelkit River while riding an electric bicycle in the Erbaa district of Tokat were rescued, and two people are missing.

THEY FELL INTO THE KELKIT RIVER

According to the information received, 4 friends, who were relatives and taking selfies with a scooter near the Kelkit River by Park Vadi in the district center, lost their balance and fell into the water.

Among those who fell into the river, Atakan Kale and Furkan Kale climbed onto a small island in the water, while Ilker Parlak and Oğuz Kale disappeared after being swept away by the current.

2 PEOPLE ARE MISSING

Upon notification, AFAD, police, fire brigade, and medical teams were dispatched to the area. Firefighters retrieved Atakan Kale and Furkan Kale, who were on the small island in the river, with a boat and brought them to the shore. Divers are working in the water and other teams on the shore to find the missing Ilker Parlak and Oğuz Kale.
