In the Filyos town of Zonguldak's Çaycuma district, extensive security measures were taken after an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) struck the shore. The origin of the UAV, which initial assessments indicate was military in purpose, will be clarified following technical examinations.

Citizens who saw an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) washed ashore on the Filyos coast in the Çaycuma district of Zonguldak reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.

TEAMS PUT ON ALERT

Upon the report, numerous gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams cordoned off the area and prevented citizens from approaching the location of the UAV. Bomb disposal experts were called to the scene due to the possibility of explosives, and a technical examination of the unmanned aerial vehicle was initiated.

ONLY ONE POSSIBILITY IS BEING CONSIDERED

In initial assessments, the UAV was stated to be for military purposes, but no official statement has been made regarding its origin yet. While security forces continue their investigations into the incident, it was learned that SAT commandos would also be dispatched to the region.

WHICH COUNTRY IT BELONGS TO WILL BE DETERMINED AFTER EXAMINATIONS

Authorities expect that after the technical examinations, it will be clarified which country the unmanned aerial vehicle belongs to and how it reached the Black Sea.
