The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the unauthorized access to the systems of Getir and BiTaksi, with allegations that personal data belonging to a large number of users has been compromised. In a statement from Getir, it was noted that the incident occurred in 2023 and that the legal process is still ongoing.

Following the investigation, a statement was made by Getir.
