After Israel's threats of attack, severe explosions occurred in the center of Tehran, the capital of Iran, during the night. Reports indicate that the attack took place in the west of Tehran. Iranian state television confirmed that loud explosion sounds were heard from many points in northern and southern Iran.

FRANCE: ISRAEL HAS THE RIGHT TO DEFEND ITSELF AGAINST ANY ATTACK
French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot stated regarding Israel's attack on Iran, "We have repeatedly expressed our serious concerns about Iran's nuclear program, including the decision recently adopted by the International Atomic Energy Agency. We reiterate Israel's right to defend itself against any attack. It is essential to mobilize all diplomatic channels to reduce tensions. France is fully committed to contributing to this."
AZERBAIJAN CALLS FOR "DIPLOMATIC SOLUTION"
The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, "We are deeply concerned about the military operation carried out by the State of Israel against the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran. While we unequivocally condemn the escalation of the situation, we call on the parties to resolve their disputes through dialogue and diplomatic means in accordance with the norms and principles of international law."
