Kurum expressed, "After the holiday, hopefully, with the presence of our esteemed President, we will quickly draw the lots in Istanbul as well, determining the rightful owners of our 100,000 social housing units."
The statement also emphasized that a special rental social housing project for Istanbul will be implemented, and this step will play an important role in balancing rental and housing prices.

The sale price of 1+1 apartments measuring 55 square meters in Istanbul has been set at 1 million 950 thousand TL. A 10% down payment (195,000 TL) will be required, with a payment plan of 240 months. The monthly installment for these apartments will be 7,313 TL.
The sale price of 2+1 apartments measuring 65 square meters in Istanbul has been set at 2 million 450 thousand TL. A 10% down payment (245,000 TL) will be required, with a payment plan of 240 months. The monthly installment for these apartments will be 9,188 TL.
The sale price of 2+1 apartments measuring 80 square meters in Istanbul has been set at 2 million 950 thousand TL. A 10% down payment (295,000 TL) will be required, with a payment plan of 240 months. The monthly installment for these apartments will be 11,063 TL.
