A new statement has been made regarding the health condition of Kadir İnanır, who was treated in intensive care due to a lung infection and intubated days ago. The artist's life partner, Jülide Kural, stated that the infection levels have decreased but emphasized it is still too early to speak positively.
A heartening development came days later from Yeşilçam's master actor Kadir İnanır. The 77-year-old artist, who fell ill and was hospitalized on May 14th with a pneumonia diagnosis, continues his intensive care treatment.
HE WAS INTUBATED DAYS AGO
An update on Kadir İnanır's health condition, who was intubated after his condition worsened, came from his life partner Jülide Kural. Speaking to Hürriyet, Kural stated that the artist's infection values had decreased compared to the initial days.
In her statement, Kural said, "Kadir's infection values are better compared to the first day's values. There is a regression, but it is too early to speak positively."
HE IS ENDURING IT SEVERELY DUE TO THE TUMOR IN HIS LUNG
Meanwhile, it was learned that Kadir İnanır is experiencing pneumonia more severely due to a tumor in his lung. Jülide Kural stated that the artist was treated for a tumor in 2012 and that his follow-ups continued afterward.
Kural noted that detailed examinations revealed the spot in the lung had grown again, but stated that no surgery is planned for now.
"KADIR SAYS 'GET ME OUT OF HERE'"
Kural, who previously stated that İnanır wants to leave intensive care, had said in her statement, "He says 'Get me out of here.' Kadir doesn't like such environments much. But his treatment is progressing well. The doctors will keep him in intensive care for a while longer, so they can monitor him every minute. Hopefully, he will move to a regular room soon and be home for the holiday."
