In Beyoğlu, real estate agent Ethem İ. found Professor Ruggero D'Angerio motionless in bed in a house he entered with a spare key. Health teams determined that D'Angerio had passed away. The professor's body, which showed no signs of assault or sharp object injuries, was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution to determine the exact cause of death. A 'suspicious death' investigation has been launched regarding the death of D'Angerio, who taught at Italian high schools.

Real estate agent Ethem I. (45) in Beyoglu found Professor Ruggero D'Angerio (55) half-naked and motionless on the bed in his home, which he entered with a spare key. Health teams who arrived at the house upon the report determined that D'Angerio had passed away. D'Angerio's body, on which no signs of assault, cutting, or piercing instruments were found, was taken to the Morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute to determine the exact cause of death. A 'suspicious death' investigation was launched by the prosecutor's office regarding the death of Ruggero D'Angerio, who was learned to have taught at Istanbul Galileo Galilei Italian High School and Private Italian High School (IMI).

FOUND MOTIONLESS ON HIS BED

The incident occurred on Wednesday, August 5, at around 17.45 in the Haciahmet neighborhood. According to the information obtained, real estate agent Ethem I., who had been unable to reach Professor Ruggero D'Angerio, who had worked as a teacher for many years at Italian high schools and universities in Istanbul, during the day, went to D'Angerio's residence with a spare key. Ethem I. entered the apartment by opening the door with the spare key and began checking the rooms. In one of the rooms, Ethem I. found D'Angerio half-naked, lying on his side, and motionless on the bed. When D'Angerio did not respond, Ethem I. called the 112 Emergency Call Center and reported the situation.

HEALTH TEAMS CONFIRMED HIS DEATH

Upon the report, health and police teams were dispatched to the house. Health teams entering the house determined in their checks that Ruggero D'Angerio had passed away. Police teams conducted examinations in the house and in the room where D'Angerio was found. In the initial examinations, no visible signs of assault, cutting, or piercing instruments were found on D'Angerio's body. D'Angerio's body was taken to the Morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute to determine the exact cause of death.

It was learned that Ruggero D'Angerio served in the field of education in Istanbul for many years and taught at Galileo Galilei Italian High School and Private Italian High School. Following the death of Ruggero D'Angerio, who had received the title of professor in Italy, a condolence message was published.
