DECISION FOR EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN KAYSERISPOR
Kayserispor Club President Nurettin Açıkalın announced that an extraordinary general assembly decision has been made to bring in fresh blood.
The message shared on Kayserispor's social media account, signed by President Nurettin Açıkalın, included the following statements:
"Since the day we took office, we have been resolutely continuing our efforts to ensure the financial and sporting stability of our club. During the process we took over; we have taken significant and comprehensive steps to structurally place our club, which has a permanent transfer ban and is under serious case load with FIFA, on solid ground. All our efforts have been carried out within the framework of goodwill, in line with institutional goals, and in a planned manner. While strengthening the financial and administrative structure during this process, we have also continued our struggle in the sporting field without interruption. We have ensured the creation of the desired opportunities in line with the goals set by our coaches and our sporting director.
As a result of the understanding of acting with sports planning, a system has been established that generates value and earns income through sales. In this direction; we have put forward our vision of being a producing club, not a consuming one. It has been a very important issue for us that our club strengthens financially with its own resources and achieves a stable structure. For this reason, our infrastructure and player source have been evaluated as a sustainable resource in terms of our financial strength. All these activities have been carried out within the framework of an administrative planning and with an institutional understanding. Our fundamental belief as a management is that both success and failure belong not to individuals but to all stakeholders of the club.
In line with this understanding; we have decided to hold an extraordinary general assembly with elections to activate the common mind of our city and to bring new excitement and fresh blood to our club. Details regarding our extraordinary general assembly will be shared with the public in the upcoming process. We invite the city of Kayseri and our valuable fellow citizens to contribute to our extraordinary general assembly and to have a say and initiative in the future of our Kayserispor."
