After the 'absolute nullity' decision in the CHP congress case, all eyes turned to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who stated, "Let no one worry; we will steer our party out of these debates and continue our march toward power. I invite everyone to calmness and common sense."
The 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Appeals ruled in the CHP congress case to temporarily suspend Özgür Özel and the party administration from duty, and for Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and his administration to take over.
Following the decision, Kılıçdaroğlu shared the following statements on his social media account:
"The Republican People's Party is not an arena for personal ambition struggles. The Republican People's Party is the sovereignty deed of our nation. The court's decision regarding our 38th Ordinary Congress should not be a cause for division, but an opportunity to unite under our century-old plane tree.
"TODAY IS THE DAY TO RISE BY EMBRACING"
Today is not a day to hurt each other with shouts of joy. Today is a day to put aside grievances and rise with seriousness, calmness, and embracing. We must manage this process not with 'if onlys', but with seriousness, the sincerity we derive from our party culture, and common sense. Personal ambitions are not the basis; Turkey's future is.

In this context, we will carry out the process in full harmony and cooperation with our former Chairpersons, Party Assembly members, deputies, and provincial and district chairpersons.
