After the court's absolute nullity decision, photographs of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who became the CHP General Chairman again, were hung on billboards in his hometown Tunceli. The Tunceli Governorship, making a statement on claims that the posters were placed by order of Governor Şefik Aygöl, announced that the visuals on the billboards were published upon the request and funding of a businessman from Pülümür living in Germany, and that the Governorship and Municipality had no involvement in the process.

After the court's decision of absolute nullity, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who returned to the position of general chairmanship in the CHP, had his photographs displayed on billboards in his hometown Tunceli in the morning hours. Following claims that the posters were put up on the orders of Tunceli Governor and Acting Mayor Şefik Aygöl, the Governor's Office issued a written statement.

KILIÇDAROĞLU'S POSTERS APPEARED ON BILLBOARDS

Photographs of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who returned to the position of CHP General Chairman after the court's absolute nullity decision, were hung on billboards in his hometown Tunceli.

The posters, displayed throughout the city with the title "CHP General Chairman," contained no indication of who commissioned the work. This led to various claims that the posters were put up on the orders of Tunceli Governor and Acting Mayor Şefik Aygöl.

GOVERNOR'S OFFICE DENIED THE CLAIMS

The Tunceli Governor's Office issued a written statement, stating that claims appearing in some media outlets and social media accounts do not reflect the truth. The statement indicated that the visuals in question were published at the request of a businessman from Pülümür living in Germany.

"ALL EXPENSES WERE COVERED BY THE BUSINESSMAN"

In the Governor's Office statement, it was expressed that all expenses related to the preparation and publication of the posters were covered by the aforementioned businessman. The statement said, "The visuals regarding Mr. Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu on the said billboards were published by a businessman from Pülümür living in Germany, entirely at his own request and with all expenses covered by him."

BILLBOARDS ARE OPERATED VIA TENDER

The Governor's Office also noted that the usage rights of the billboards were granted to a private company through an open tender. The statement recorded that the authority and content responsibility regarding the use of the billboards belong to the relevant company, and that there is no approval process by the Governor's Office or the Municipality for advertisements and visuals published in these areas.

"THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE AND MUNICIPALITY HAVE NO INVOLVEMENT"

The Governor's Office emphasized that the Tunceli Governor's Office or Tunceli Municipality were not involved in any stage of the processes of preparing, printing, placing on billboards, and financing the posters. The statement expressed that claims the posters were put up on the order, knowledge, or direction of Governor Şefik Aygöl are not true and are misleading to the public.
