Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian published an open letter to the American people, stating, "The Iranian people harbor no hostility towards any nation, including America, Europe, and neighboring countries."
The President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, published a letter addressed to the American people. In his letter, Pezeshkian stated that the Iranian people harbor no hostility towards any nation, including America, Europe, and neighboring countries.
"WE WILL NOT GIVE UP ON DEVELOPING OUR DEFENSE CAPACITY"
Pezeshkian noted that the U.S. has been building up a significant military presence around Iran and has attacked Iran, conveying that his country will not give up on developing its defense capacity under these circumstances. Pezeshkian stated, "Iran is progressing despite all external pressures. This progress can be understood not through the perception studies presented by the media, but through direct observation."
"THE U.S. ACTS LIKE ISRAEL'S PROXY FORCE"
Pezeshkian emphasized that the attacks on Iran do not serve the interests of the American people and that the killing of children in Iran and the bombing of factories producing cancer medication will further damage the U.S. image, stating that the U.S. is participating in attacks on Iran by acting like Israel's proxy force.
Pezeshkian posed the question to the American people, "Does the U.S. government really have 'America first' on its priority list today?" He added, "The choice between conflict and cooperation is a fateful one, and its consequences will shape the destiny of future generations. Iran has faced numerous aggressors throughout its thousands of years of history. Only a name associated with shame remains from them, while Iran stands proudly."
U.S.-ISRAEL ATTACKS ON IRAN
While negotiations continue between the Tehran and Washington administrations, Israel and the U.S. launched a military attack on Iran on February 28. Iran responded with attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where U.S. bases are located, in addition to Israel. In the U.S.-Israel attacks, former Iranian leader Ali Khamenei, along with many high-ranking officials, was killed.
