The claim that Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş had a phone conversation with Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu after the Güvenpark rally has been denied. Yavaş's press unit stated that the alleged meeting never took place and declared that all claims in a column were baseless. The statement added that if the claims had been asked to them, records of who Yavaş met with that day could have even been shared.
Allegations that Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş had a phone conversation with Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was appointed to the position of CHP General Chairman after the rally held in Güvenpark, have been denied.
In a written statement made by Yavaş's press unit, it was stated that the said conversation did not take place and that the allegations reflected in the public do not reflect the truth.
The allegation came to the agenda with an evaluation in the column of Nefes newspaper writer Can Ataklı. In the article, it was claimed that Mansur Yavaş called Kılıçdaroğlu on the phone, based on information conveyed by a person close to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.
"ALL ALLEGATIONS ARE BASELESS"
In the statement made from the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality front, it was said, "There has been no phone conversation between Mansur Yavaş and Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu after the Güvenpark rally. All the statements in a column in a newspaper are baseless."
The statement also emphasized that if the said allegations had been asked to them before publication, the necessary information would have been shared.

In the statement from Yavaş's press unit, it was stated, "If the said allegations had been asked to us, information that such a phone conversation did not take place would have been shared, and even records of who Mansur Yavaş spoke with on the phone that day could have been provided."
CAME TO THE AGENDA AFTER THE GÜVENPARK MEETING
CHP's elected leader Özgür Özel came together with citizens for a holiday greetings program at Ankara Güvenpark on May 30. Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş also attended the program, and the duo later walked to Anıtkabir.
The phone conversation allegation put forward after the Güvenpark meeting was denied with the statement made from Yavaş's front.
