In a statement regarding the agenda, MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli said, "No one should collect signatures in vain and dream of early elections. The elections will be held on time."

MHP General Chairman Devlet Bahçeli made a written statement regarding the "21st Extraordinary Congress of the CHP."
Bahçeli stated, "The 21st Extraordinary Congress of the Republican People's Party, held on April 6, 2025, has passed as a dark stain on our political and democratic life instead of giving a fresh and new breath." In his statement, the following expressions were included:
"Political disruption, the murky discourse and actions stemming from anti-Turkey sentiments have infiltrated the management levels of this party like cancer cells from A to Z. The hate-filled language of the CHP Chairman, as much as it is shameful for our country and nation, has painfully reached dimensions that will poison the culture of democracy."
Turkey is certainly not doomed and deserving of such a dirty, incompetent, and vengeful understanding of opposition, which also harbors non-national and fascist characteristics down to its core.
"THE CONGRESS WAS HELD WITH A CONTROLLED SCENARIO"
The CHP's 21st Extraordinary Congress was held under a suspicious and controlled scenario that was blatantly obvious from the beginning, likely under the pressure, arrangement, and influence of internal and external forces planning against our country. The foot games that recurred at every stage of the aforementioned April 6 Congress, the gossip and slander campaigns that were circulated, and the tricks and schemes that turned into an open storm have made the legal, if not moral and democratic legitimacy, questionable.
It has become clear and evident at this stage that a party that applies economic boycotts against its own country and nation, opens fire on domestic and national capital, and, in more severe terms, attacks the livelihood, sustenance, and lawful earnings is rolling headlong into the darkest point of history.
"CHP IS READY TO THROW OUR COUNTRY INTO THE FIRE FOR POLITICAL AMBITIONS"
The CHP Chairman and management have entered the same frame with Zionist and imperialist barbarism, united in the same aims and goals, and have sharpened their knives against Turkey. The call for boycotts and street protests has clarified how ready the CHP is to throw our nation and country into the fire for its political ambitions. Indeed, while the CHP plays the hostility card to stop consumption, it has essentially accelerated the process of political, intellectual, and moral exhaustion.
The visible truth is this: The competition for rent, ambition, and political interests occurring between Saraçhane-Söğütözü and Silivri; even in this context, the continuously deepening and increasingly violent polarization and conflict among factions have served to bend our internal peace, national security, and social tranquility to the breaking point.
The CHP has become the spokesperson for illegal marginal groups and the watchman of Turkey's enemies. This disgraceful and shameful tableau will be a lesson that a party is merely a contractor and a wheel turned by external powers instead of engaging in politics.
"CUNTA MEANS CHP"
The speech made by the ambitious Chairman of the CHP at the April 6 Congress has not carried any meaning beyond a manifesto of rawness, filth, and ugliness. The accusation of being the head of a junta against our esteemed President is nothing but a delusion of the mind, a lack of intelligence, a poverty of common sense, and the ranting of a pathetic individual who cannot tolerate the light of truth and national will. When the painful pages of our political history are turned, and the national memory is patiently deciphered, it will be seen that the term junta corresponds exactly to the CHP and fits its political template. Junta means CHP, and everyone knows this.
What those who inflict this vile slander on our esteemed President have in mind and how the longing for non-democratic periods has erupted is known to every conscientious citizen.
If the CHP Chairman is looking for a junta, he should take off the smiling mask of democracy that wears thin after every national incident and look in the mirror or read the history of the CHP, which has built its reputation on the boots of a single party.
This person insists on walking with circles that long for military service.
To question the legitimacy of our esteemed President and government and to accuse them of being junta members is nothing but a form of coup-mongering.
The Turkish nation, which buried the treacherous FETÖ coup attempt of July 15 with its own will, has personally closed the era of coups in Turkey with its lawful blood.
If there are those who cannot learn from this reality, it is our duty to remind them that if those who are eager for a coup emerge at the call of the CHP, they should be prepared for an end more tragic than July 15.
The Turkish nation will never allow its will to be shackled and will not permit the harassment and destruction of its internal front.
Those who think of intervening in our democracy and the will of the nation should know that they will be utterly destroyed by the power of the Turkish nation, and there are countless and infinite benefits in this knowledge.
I invite the chorus of democracy and law adversaries led by the CHP Chairman to stay away from the vulgar statements made with irresponsibility and guilt, to be cautious, and to maintain calm.
In these days when we are taking steps towards a Turkey without terrorism, everyone should pay more attention to the words they say.
In a period when our region and the world are going through difficult days, there will be no mercy or tolerance shown to bankrupt, extremist, and hypocritical political peddlers trying to shake our internal front and open gaps.
We know and believe that the Turkish nation will continue to see its future in the People's Alliance, not in the political Jacobins and the base and treacherous group with a junta spirit, and will continue to preserve the precious blessings of living together as brothers.
No one should collect signatures in vain and dream of early elections.
Our esteemed President, elected with the support of the Turkish nation, and the Presidential Cabinet are at the helm of their duties.
The common will of the People's Alliance is to hold elections on time, and this will is definitive.
At the same time, our determination to reach the goals of the Turkish Century and Turkey Century is very strong.
It is time for service, time for action, time for reform, time for rise, time for embrace, and time to solve social and economic issues in line with the expectations and demands of our esteemed nation."
