FRIGHTENING FIRE
A fire broke out for yet undetermined reasons in an apartment on the 2nd floor of a three-story building on Sümbül Efendi Street in the Silivrikapı neighborhood of Fatih, Istanbul.
Upon notification, fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The fire was brought under control and extinguished by the teams' intervention. While the apartment sustained damage from the fire, water that leaked into the apartment below during the intervention also caused damage.
