4 COURIERS ARRESTED
After being discharged from the hospital, the 4 foreign national suspects were taken to the Provincial Police Department on charges of "Manufacturing and Trading Narcotic or Psychotropic Substances" and, following procedures, were sent to court. The individuals, who were arrested by the court they were brought before, were placed in prison. The police are continuing a wide-ranging investigation into the incident.
