Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş stated that the Home Care Assistance, provided to support fully dependent citizens cared for in their homes and their families, has been increased from 13,878 lira to 15,775 lira with the new regulation, saying, "We have started depositing the Home Care Assistance payments into the accounts of beneficiaries this month with the increase. In this context, we are making a total payment of 7.5 billion lira."

ANNUAL SUPPORT: 48.6 BILLION LIRAS
Minister Göktaş recalled that the Home Care Assistance, one of the most important family-oriented care service models offered by the ministry, was initiated in 2006 with the idea of primarily supporting disabled individuals with their families, and stated, "With this assistance, we support the preservation and strengthening of family unity by enabling disabled individuals to live with their families or relatives without leaving their environment. In this framework, we have provided a total support of 48.6 billion liras so far in 2026."
DATE OF DEPOSIT INTO ACCOUNTS ANNOUNCED
Minister Göktaş reminded that the monthly Home Care Assistance payments, made to provide economic support to fully dependent citizens cared for in their homes and their families, have been increased from 13,878 liras to 15,775 liras with the increase based on the July civil servant salary coefficient, and that they are deposited into beneficiaries' accounts on the 15th of each month, and noted the following:
"With the new regulation, we have started depositing the Home Care Assistance payments into the accounts of beneficiaries with the increase this month. In this context, we are making a total payment of 7.5 billion liras. I wish the payments to be beneficial for all our disabled citizens."
