Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler stated that it is a necessity for the terrorist organization YPG-SDG to unconditionally and fully comply with the requirements of the agreements made on March 10 and January 18. He noted that the Syrian army has cleared a wide area of the organization's elements through successful operations, and added, "Thus, it has forced the organization to request a ceasefire and accept integration."

The Minister of National Defense, Yaşar Güler, inspected the troops at the Syrian border. Speaking in Kilis, Minister Güler evaluated the integration agreement signed between the Damascus administration and the SDF in Syria. Güler stated that it is a necessity for the SDF to comply with the agreement.

Minister Güler noted that the Syrian army has cleared a wide area of organizational elements with successful operations, saying, "Thus, it has forced the organization to demand a ceasefire and accept integration. It is now a necessity for the YPG-SDF to unconditionally and completely comply with the requirements of the agreements of March 10 and January 18."

"WE WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE SYRIAN ADMINISTRATION"

Güler emphasized that they will continue to closely monitor all developments in the field and support the Syrian administration.

In a statement made by the Ministry of National Defense (MSB) last week, it was reported that the integration process that started in Syria is satisfactory.

"WE WELCOME IT WITH SATISFACTION"

While there are claims that the SDF proposed a name responsible for many terrorist acts in Turkey for the deputy minister of defense within the scope of integration, a message regarding "security investigations in appointments" was also conveyed.

The statement included the following expressions: "We welcome the signing of a new agreement for integration between the Syrian Government and the SDF on January 30. We are closely monitoring the process in the field. We emphasize the importance of implementing the integration in a way that strengthens Syria's unitary structure and the principle of 'one state, one army.' We assess that the appointments to be made within the scope of the integration process will be based on evaluations that the Syrian authorities will make with state wisdom and positive results of security investigations."
