Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek, who made striking statements regarding the fund investigation, said, "It has been determined that the structure we are facing is not limited to simple stock market manipulation or a stock market fraud, but is a comprehensive criminal organization. We have reached evidence of a hierarchical and systematic cooperation among the names within this organizational structure."

Speaking to cameras, Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek made new statements regarding the fund scam on Turkey's agenda. Stating that they are conducting the process with great meticulousness, Minister Gürlek announced that within the scope of the investigation, "market fraud" was detected for the first time.
