Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin arrived in Erzurum for a series of visits and inspections. During the meeting, Minister Tekin handed a yellow envelope to mathematics teacher Esra Karaca. Minister Tekin warned Karaca, who has been a mathematics teacher for 2 years, saying, "Promise me you won't cry." Opening the yellow envelope while saying "I won't cry," Karaca saw the card celebrating her birthday from Minister Tekin. The birthday card message that Karaca read included the following: "Dear teacher Esra Karaca, teaching is not just about transferring knowledge. It is a stance, a resistance.
