Uraloğlu, who said, "We are trying to reduce the travel time between Ankara and Istanbul to just 80 minutes," added, "At the same time, we will have access to the project that will travel at a speed of 350 kilometers per hour, which is a higher level in high-speed train operation. I would like to say that we serve Istanbul the most; we have provided Istanbul with 162 kilometers of rail system lines. The construction of 26 kilometers is also ongoing. When these are completed, the total in Istanbul will reach 350-400 kilometers," he stated.
WARNING TO YOUNG PEOPLE ABOUT SOCIAL MEDIA
In his speech, Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu also addressed the use of social media, stating, "We are the country with the highest rate of social media users relative to our population. We are ranked 5th or 6th in the normal ranking. We need to bring these under a certain discipline. We have studies related to this. Especially, we are working to prevent our children, who do not have developed reasoning abilities, from being poisoned in these platforms. If a child between the ages of 13 and 16 is going to use it, it should be with the permission of their family. No one under the age of 13 should enter at all. They need to spend their energy in the right place," he said.
