Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya reported that 223 suspects involved in "secret structures" within FETÖ, who were ByLock users, continued to communicate with individuals within the organization using payphones, and provided financial support, have been captured in operations ongoing for the last 20 days. Minister Yerlikaya stated, "The traps set against the national will are being dismantled one by one."
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya provided information about the operations against FETÖ that have been ongoing for the last 20 days. Yerlikaya stated that 223 suspects were captured, who were involved in clandestine structures, users of the encrypted communication program ByLock, and communicated via payphones. Of those captured, 87 were arrested, and judicial control measures were applied to 50. The operations were carried out in various provinces of Turkey.
"87 SUSPECTS ARRESTED"
In his written statement, Minister Yerlikaya said: "In our operations against FETÖ that have been ongoing for the last 20 days by our police; 223 suspects were captured. 223 suspects were captured who were active within FETÖ's 'clandestine structures', users of FETÖ's encrypted communication program ByLock, continued to communicate with individuals within the organization via payphones, and provided financial support through tradesmen affiliated with the organization.
87 of them were arrested. Judicial control measures were applied to 50. The procedures for the others are ongoing.

In operations carried out in Antalya, Amasya, Ankara, Izmir, Yalova, Istanbul, Edirne, Konya, Sakarya, Mersin, Kocaeli centered Adana, Afyonkarahisar, Aydın, Aksaray, Balıkesir, Bursa, Bolu, Çanakkale, Çorum, Denizli, Elazığ, Eskişehir, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Hatay, Iğdır, Isparta, Kahramanmaraş, Kastamonu, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Kütahya, Manisa, Muğla, Nevşehir, Niğde, Osmaniye, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, Trabzon, Uşak, Yozgat, and Zonguldak; those with confirmed prison sentences and wanted records were also captured.
