The prosecutor's office determined that the incident is being considered under the crime of "preventing the exercise of freedom of belief, thought, and opinion." While the site staff member was released under judicial control, an arrest warrant was issued for the site manager.

The Mersin Chief Public Prosecutor's Office initially launched an investigation into the site managers on charges of "inciting the public to hatred and hostility or humiliation."

NO SITE MANAGEMENT DECISION FOUND

Based on the evidence collected and statements taken within the scope of the investigation, it was determined that there was no decision made by the site management regarding the ban on pool entry.

The prosecutor's office concluded that the incident should be evaluated under Article 115 of the Turkish Penal Code, which relates to the crime of "preventing the exercise of freedom of belief, thought, and opinion."

JUDICIAL CONTROL FOR THE STAFF, ARREST WARRANT FOR THE MANAGER

In this context, the site staff was referred to the criminal court of peace with a request for arrest. The court decided to impose judicial control on the suspect. Meanwhile, an arrest warrant was issued for the site manager as part of the investigation.
