Through an in-depth analysis of HTS records, it was technically confirmed that during these three phone calls, Ferdi Zeyrek's company FZ Yapı's line was located in the base area of the company's official address in the Yunusemre district. The signal location of the other line during the calls was recorded as "MANİSA YUNUSEMRE 75. YIL 5304. SK. 33 (MANORGANIZESAN)." This data showed that the line Muhittin Böcek called was active exactly in the FZ Yapı address region where the cash delivery was alleged to have taken place.

The most concrete evidence supporting Muhittin Böcek's statement "I personally delivered the money" came from the timing analysis in the technical record sequence. In the report prepared by investigators and cybercrime experts, it was emphasized that Muhittin Böcek's duration of stay in the same base area as Ferdi Zeyrek's company was too intense to be a coincidental signal hop. Böcek's phone generated a total of 120 base records (113 GPRS, 7 GSM) at this point between 12:06:30 and 14:35:56.
It was technically confirmed that Böcek remained permanently in this narrow area covering the address of FZ Yapı for exactly 2 hours, 29 minutes, and 26 seconds, and was continuously present in the wider Yunusemre region from 12:03 to 15:13. In total, Böcek spent 8 hours and 22 minutes within Manisa provincial borders and exited in the evening hours via the Denizli route, which was his entry route.

In the conclusion section of the report in the investigation file, it was stated that all these HTS and base station data directly support the confessions and admissions of the arrested Mayor Muhittin Böcek, who said "I gave 950,000 Euros in cash to Ferdi Zeyrek." It was recorded that the technical findings, which completely complement each other in terms of time, location, communication frequency, and location verification criteria, constitute "strong indications and evidence" that the suspects physically came together on the alleged day and time of the cash delivery.
