Proceedings continue regarding the suspects detained in the drug investigation conducted by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. After their interrogations at the gendarmerie were completed, the 19 individuals detained in operations in Istanbul and Muğla underwent health checks. The suspects, including well-known figures, were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute to provide hair and blood samples for forensic examinations as part of the investigation.
A new phase has been reached in the investigation into drug or stimulant substance use conducted by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Following the completion of procedures at the gendarmerie, 19 suspects detained in operations carried out within the scope of the investigation were subjected to a health check. The suspects were then referred to Forensic Medicine Institute units for the collection of hair and blood samples.
SIMULTANEOUS OPERATION IN ISTANBUL AND MUGLA
Within the scope of the investigation, teams from the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command conducted operations at 25 predetermined addresses in Beşiktaş, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, Kağıthane, and Üsküdar, as well as in Muğla. Nineteen individuals, including names well-known to the public, were detained in the operations.
FORENSIC PROCESS BEGINS AFTER HEALTH CHECK
The suspects, whose interrogations at the Provincial Gendarmerie Command were completed, first underwent a health check at Seyrantepe Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital. Following the checks, the suspects were referred to the Forensic Medicine Institute for the collection of hair and blood samples as part of the forensic examination.
FAMOUS NAMES UNDER INVESTIGATION
It was reported that among those detained in the investigation were singer Mabel Matiz, actor Onur Tuna, and rapper Blok3. It was learned that the investigation will continue to be evaluated by the prosecutor's office following forensic reports and examinations.
