The delegation led by Stephan Frederic Müller, NATO's Permanent Representative to Luxembourg, who is in Ankara for the NATO Leaders Summit, visited Anıtkabir and laid a wreath at Atatürk's mausoleum. Signing the Anıtkabir Special Book at the Misakımilli Tower, Müller stated that Atatürk's principle of "Peace at home, peace in the world" reflects the spirit of the alliance and illuminates their path, expressing their endless respect and deep gratitude to the Turkish nation.
Within the scope of the 36th NATO Summit of Heads of State and Government, a NATO delegation led by Stephan Frederic Müller, Luxembourg's Permanent Representative to NATO, who came to Ankara, paid tribute to Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Türkiye.
The delegation, who visited Anıtkabir, walked along the Lion Road, laid a wreath at Atatürk's mausoleum, and observed a moment of silence. After the ceremony, they proceeded to the Misakımilli Tower, where Müller signed the Anıtkabir Special Book on behalf of the delegation.
EMPHASIS ON "PEACE AT HOME, PEACE IN THE WORLD"
In the historic and meaningful text he wrote in the book, Müller expressed his respect for Atatürk's vision of peace and the Turkish nation with these words: "We have come together today in unity to honor the legacy of the founding father of the Republic of Türkiye on behalf of NATO and to affirm our deep respect for your nation in the presence of your exalted memory. In the capital of the Republic of Türkiye, we realize how your century-old principle of 'Peace at home, peace in the world' reflects the essence of our alliance's spirit and illuminates our path. Please allow us to express our deepest gratitude for visiting your esteemed nation on the occasion of the NATO Ankara Summit. With my highest regards."
