THE FIRE STARTED IN THE CONTAINERS WHERE WORKERS STAYED
A fire broke out for an undetermined reason in the containers used by workers for rest and accommodation at the construction site of the city hospital in the Alandüzü neighborhood of Adapazarı. The flames quickly grew and engulfed the structures used as dormitories.
FLAMES SPREAD RAPIDLY
As the fire spread rapidly due to the wind, the workers at the site experienced great panic. Following the alert, numerous fire crews were dispatched to the area.
21 CONTAINERS TURNED TO ASHES
Thanks to the intense intervention of the fire crews, the fire was brought under control without spreading to other nearby structures and units. In the fire, 21 containers were completely burned and rendered unusable.
