In the drug investigation targeting celebrities in Istanbul, 19 of the 26 suspects detained were arrested by the magistrate court. Ceyda Ersoy from the Ciciş sisters is among those who were arrested.
19 of the 26 suspects detained as part of the drug investigation in Istanbul were referred to the peace court with a request for their arrest. An arrest warrant was issued for the 19 suspects.
NEW DRUG OPERATION ON CELEBRITIES
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes Investigation Bureau detained actor Doğukan Güngör, along with 26 suspects including social media phenomenon Burak Altındağ, as part of an investigation conducted for the crimes of "possessing drugs or stimulants for personal use," "facilitating drug use," and "encouraging someone to engage in prostitution, facilitating the way for it, or mediating for prostitution or providing a place for it." The prosecutorial procedures for these suspects have been completed.
19 PEOPLE ARRESTED
The prosecution requested the arrest of suspects Arif Altunbulak, Muzaffer Yıldırım, Ceyda Ersoy, Gizem Özköroğlu, Ece Cerenbeli, Burak Altındağ, Sevgi Taşdan, Duygu Açıksöz, Nevin Şimşek, Merve Uslu, Lerna Elmas, Hakan Yıldız, Koray Beşli, Berna Aracı, Gülsüm Bayrak, Veysel Avcı, Özge Bitmez, Suat Yıldız, and Merve Eryiğit, while suspects Binnur Buse Alper, Sedef Selen Atmaca, and Gözde Anuk were referred to the peace court with a request for judicial control measures in the form of "not leaving the residence."
The court decided to arrest the 19 suspects for whom arrest was requested, while it ruled for the other 3 suspects to be subjected to judicial control measures in the form of "not leaving the residence."
On the other hand, suspects Doğukan Güngör, Alya Şahinler, Ceren Yıldırım, and Saniye Deniz, who previously had a "travel ban" measure against them, were released after their statements to the prosecution.

In this context, operations carried out by the Istanbul Narcotics Crime Fighting Branch teams in Istanbul, Izmir, Denizli, and Mugla resulted in the detention of 26 suspects, including actor Doğukan Güngör and social media phenomenon Burak Altındağ, Binnur Buse Alper, Merve Eryiğit, Özge Bitmez, Veysel Avcı, Sevgi Taşdan, Sedef Selen Atmaca, Arif Altunbulak, Gizem Özköroğlu, Gülsüm Bayrak, Saniye Deniz, Merve Uslu, Ece Cerenbeli, Berna Aracı, Lerna Elmas, Ceren Yıldırım, Gözde Anuk, Duygu Açıksöz, Nevin Şimşek, Hakan Yıldız, Muzaffer Yıldırım, and Koray Beşli.
