According to information received, Şamlıoğlu was appointed to the position of Secretary General of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey by Numan Kurtulmuş, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.

WHO IS KEMAL ŞAMLIOĞLU?

Born in Rize in 1978, Şamlıoğlu served as Director General of Private Education Institutions at the Ministry of National Education, Secretary General of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Member of the Presidential Council for Education and Training Policies, and Deputy Minister of National Education.

Şamlıoğlu, who serves as a professor at Samsun University, undertook responsibilities in the preparation of high-level policy documents, legislative work, strategic planning, budget management, and legislative processes.
