Under the instruction of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, an operation was carried out against the digital platform Gain Medya A.Ş. and its affiliated companies. During the operation, the company's Chairman of the Board, Selahattin Aydın, his partner Berkin Kaya, and Barbaros Reşat Gülcan were detained on charges of "establishing an organization for the purpose of committing a crime," "illegal gambling," and "money laundering." All entities belonging to Gain Medya have been assigned a trustee by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF).
The Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command carried out a comprehensive operation against Anahat Holding and its affiliated companies, which also includes the digital content platform GAİN Media. It was reported that three individuals in positions of authority within the holding and companies were detained.
NO OFFICIAL STATEMENT YET
While no detailed official statement has been made regarding the content of the operation conducted by the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command and the reasons for the detentions, it has been learned that the judicial process is ongoing. The procedures regarding the three detained officials are continuing.
GAİN Media is known as one of the digital content platforms that continues its publishing life under the umbrella of Anahat Holding and has gained popularity recently.
