Singer Özcan Deniz is giving a statement as a "suspect" at the Çağlayan Courthouse in connection with an investigation launched against him for the crimes of "causing environmental pollution" and "violating the Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection Law."
Artist Özcan Deniz went to the Istanbul Courthouse's Building Crimes Investigation Office as part of an investigation opened against him for the crimes of "causing urban pollution" and "violating the Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection Law." Deniz is giving a statement at the courthouse as a "suspect" within the scope of the investigation.
WHAT HAD HAPPENED?
An investigation was initiated against Deniz for "causing urban pollution" and "violating the Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection Law" due to alleged additions made to three villas located in a protected area in Sarıyer. It was determined that a pool and additional enclosed areas were constructed without a permit and that the garage area was converted into a living space in the three villas owned by Deniz in the protected area of Uskumruköy, Sarıyer.
