In videos shared on social media, it can be seen that the plane was violently shaken, some passengers screamed in fear, and there was a brief panic in the cabin. Moments when items inside the plane were shaking due to the turbulence and passengers were trying to hold onto their seats were captured on camera.
RETURNED TO NORMAL SHORTLY AFTER
It was learned that the flight crew tried to calm the passengers, and although the turbulence continued for a while, it was reported that the plane returned to its normal course afterward.
LANDED SAFELY
It was reported that the plane landed safely in Adana. No official statement has been made regarding whether there were any injuries in the incident.
