PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE LAUNCHED INVESTIGATION
The Mersin Chief Public Prosecutor's Office initiated an investigation into the incident. In a statement from the Chief Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that a judicial investigation was launched regarding a video shared on social media alleging that "two police officers forced a suspect, whom they stopped for identity verification, to remove their clothing."
