In the Belgrade Street in the Schwabing district of Munich, Germany, plainclothes police officers who arrived at the scene following a report from locals that "a person was carrying an object resembling a weapon" shot and wounded a young man.
"HE RAISED THE WEAPON DESPITE WARNINGS"
It was reported that the seriously wounded young man was taken into surgery and his condition is stable.
Police sources alleged that "the young man acted as if he was loading the weapon and, despite warnings, raised it and turned it towards them."
The police stated that it is extremely difficult to distinguish the softair pistol in the young man's hand from a real pistol at a distance.
