Announcing the extension of the incentive program, Erdoğan said, "For the year 2025, we are providing 1000 TL for each of our workers as minimum wage support. We used 53 billion Lira in resources to protect employment during the January-November period of 2025. We are providing social security support between 24 to 54 months in the incentive program for women, youth, and those with vocational qualifications. I would like to share the good news that this incentive program will be extended until the end of 2026. May it be beneficial." he said.
"EMPLOYEE SUPPORT FOR SMEs RAISED TO 3,500 LIRA"
Giving good news for SMEs, Erdoğan stated, "We have launched different programs to alleviate the financial burden on our business world. Our Central Bank increased the daily Rediscount limit from 300 million TL to 4.5 billion TL with a 15-fold increase. We offer our exporters a cost of 24.9% in rediscount credits, which is well below inflation. With the investment commitment advance loan, we are reducing the financing cost for entrepreneurs investing in strategic areas to between 14% and 28%. Our Central Bank has allocated a resource of 500 billion Lira for these loans. We are raising the monthly support for our SMEs from 2,500 Lira per employee to 3,500 Lira in 2026. We are also including our large-scale companies in the program." he stated.
