23 suspects detained in a drug investigation led by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office have been referred to the courthouse. While the prosecutor's office has requested the arrest of 10 suspects, it has also demanded a travel ban for certain individuals, including Kenan Doğulu, Beren Saat, Berdan Mardini, and Ozan Doğulu. For one suspect, a judicial control measure of not leaving their residence has been requested.

NEW PHASE IN THE INVESTIGATION In the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 23 suspects whose procedures at the police department were completed have been referred to the courthouse. It was learned that well-known figures from the art, television, and social media worlds are also included in the case file.
TRAVEL BAN REQUEST FOR FAMOUS NAMES The prosecutor's office requested a travel ban abroad for Kenan Doğulu, Beren Saat, Berdan Mardini, Ozan Doğulu, Kerimcan Durmaz, Enis Arıkan, Selin Ciğerci, Yaşar İpek, Ayşe Hatun Önal, Mehmet Cem Karcı, and Ahmet Karoğlu.
Berdan Mardini HOUSE ARREST REQUEST FOR ALİ EFE BEZCİ For suspect Ali Efe Bezci, a judicial control measure in the form of "not leaving the residence" was requested. The prosecutor's office submitted to the court the measure request aiming to keep Bezci at a specified address.
Ozan Doğulu ARREST REQUEST FOR 10 PEOPLE Among the suspects referred to the courthouse, Tolga Çam, Ferhan Kaya, Murat Saygı, Enis Ahmet Onat, Emre Tari, Hasan Vatan, Reyhan Küçükyeğen, Mehmet Yıldız, Tessy Ramos Correira, and Rafet Eren Yorulmazer were referred to the criminal judgeship of peace with an arrest request.
Enis Arıkan The decision regarding the suspects is expected to be clarified after their interrogation by the judge.
EYES ON THE COURT'S DECISION Following the prosecutor's referral document, the case file was sent to the criminal judgeship of peace. The decision to be made by the judgeship regarding the arrest and judicial control requests will determine the course of the investigation.
