In the 'Kadraj' operation simultaneously conducted at 20 addresses in Samsun and Istanbul, centered in Diyarbakır, 12 people were arrested in the dismantled prostitution ring. According to MASAK data, it was determined that the suspects' transaction volume was approximately 68 million TL.
As part of the efforts to combat prostitution in Diyarbakır, it was determined that, as a result of technical and physical studies conducted, the suspects provided a place and means for prostitution in businesses that ostensibly operated as "massage parlors," and that they acted in an organized manner by obtaining customers through advertising organizers. In this context, operations were carried out against 5 massage parlors and 18 suspects.
According to the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) data, it was determined that the transaction volume of the suspects was approximately 68 million TL.
RAIDS WERE CONDUCTED AT 20 ADDRESSES
Simultaneous operations were carried out at a total of 20 addresses, including Samsun and Istanbul, centered in Diyarbakır, aimed at capturing the suspects. As a result of the operation, 18 suspects were apprehended. After their procedures at the police station, the suspects were referred to the courthouse.
12 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED
As a result of judicial proceedings, a travel ban was imposed on 4 suspects, a house arrest measure was decided for 2 suspects, while 12 suspects were arrested.
