After a positive drug test, Reynmen announced that he would undergo another test. He also stated that false news should not be taken seriously.
In recent weeks, Reynmen, who was detained in a drug operation targeting celebrities, tested positive.
The artist announced on social media that he has requested an independent re-analysis using his legal rights:
“We are fully confident that the truth will emerge as a result of independent and verifiable examinations conducted by scientific methods. We are waiting for the assessment of the official authorities to ensure the healthy conduct of the process. Please do not pay attention to unfounded news.”
Reynmen's statement resonated widely among both his followers and the tabloid agenda.
TEST RESULTS REVEALED
On January 31, 11 suspects, including comedian Hasan Can Kaya and Yusuf Aktaş, known as Reynmen, were detained as part of a drug investigation. It was determined that some social media celebrities who were subject to detention orders were abroad. Those detained were brought to the Forensic Medicine Institution for hair and blood samples to be taken. As part of the drug investigation in Istanbul, the drug test results of 5 individuals from whom blood, hair, urine, and nail samples were taken at the Forensic Medicine Institution (ATK) were announced.
A report was prepared by the ATK regarding the 5 suspects from whom blood, hair, urine, and nail samples were taken as part of the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
4 people's tests came back positive
Accordingly, it was determined that the drug test results of Yusuf Aktaş (Reynmen), Emirhan Çakal, Mert Eren Bülbül, and Ahmet Can Dündar were positive.
The report indicated that the test results of Barış Murat Yağcı were negative.
