Mustafa Bebe, the coach of DEPSAŞ Energy Sports Club, passed away after suffering a heart attack during an amputee football match.
During the Amputee Football Super League match played in Sakarya, DEPSAŞ Energy Sports Club Coach Mustafa Bebe, who suffered a heart attack, passed away at the hospital he was taken to.
COLLAPSED DURING THE MATCH DUE TO A HEART ATTACK
In the 17th week match of the Natura World Amputee Football Super League, Sakarya Physically Disabled Sports Club hosted the Şanlıurfa representative DEPSAŞ Energy Sports Club at the field next to Sakarya Atatürk Stadium. During the match, which continued with a score of 1-1, the referee called for a break in the 17th minute. Mustafa Bebe, the coach of the visiting team, who was serving water to the referees, suddenly collapsed. The first intervention for Bebe was made by the referees on the field. Bebe, who received CPR, briefly regained consciousness but then deteriorated again.
UNABLE TO BE SAVED DESPITE ALL INTERVENTIONS
Mustafa Bebe, who was understood to have suffered a heart attack, could not be saved despite the intervention at Sakarya Training and Research Hospital after the first aid provided in the ambulance.
THE MATCH WAS SUSPENDED
Following Bebe's death, the match was suspended by the referee's decision. After the procedures, Bebe's body, which was taken to the Adapazarı Yorgalar Cemetery morgue, is reported to be sent by plane from Istanbul to Urfa by the Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality tomorrow.
