Our representative, Samsunspor, will face North Macedonia's Shkendija in the UEFA Conference League Round of 16 play-off stage. The matches of the Round of 16 play-off will be played on February 19 and 26.

The matchups for the playoff round of the Conference League, the third-tier organization of European club football, for the 2025/26 season have been determined. The draw for the tournament was held at UEFA's headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

Teams that finish in the top 8 of the league stage in the Conference League will directly qualify for the round of 16, while teams ranked between 9th and 24th will compete in the playoff round for the last 16 tickets.
