"FAME IS INSIGNIFICANT IN DATÇA"

Şöhretin ve magazinin bir anlamı olmadığının altını çizen Levendoğlu, şöyle konuştu:

"I am 45 years old and I am here for a healthier life. I wake up in the morning, I exercise. There is no traffic, you can do whatever you want. This is really a great luxury. I have no connection with the tabloids. Some people want to show themselves, while others prefer to live an isolated life. Fame doesn't matter much in Datça. There is no bar where you can showcase your expensive cars. Everyone is comfortable in the restaurants. I am not saying this as a criticism, but fame has no value there. Moreover, Datça is an economical place. There are opportunists, but they don't last long.

"WE PAID 1,400 LIRA FOR 14 PEOPLE'S LAHMACUN"

I am going to a local eatery in Datça. After exercising, I eat four types of food and pay a maximum of 200 lira. They say lahmacun and ayran cost 1,500 lira in Bodrum. Recently, my friends came, we ate lahmacun and ayran for 14 people, and we paid a total of 1,400 lira. The math is clear: you can make 40 lahmacun from a kilo of flour.

"REAL LIFE IS NOT LIKE THAT"

They come and watch village life on social media, but real life is not like that. They ask, 'Is there no natural gas in village life?' I say, 'No.' You will have to chop wood, take care of the garden, and be in touch with nature. When wild boars come to the garden, you shouldn't be afraid. Those who are afraid of insects wear out in this life. This is the nature of village life."
